 San Dieguito Acacademy- 2007 Red Bull High School Cup National Champs!! Nick Suh came up huge for his team, dropping a 6.5, a 7, and an 8 in the Final and was named MVP of the final game! Off the bench as the fifth man, the little guy with the alien frame surfed like a stylish pro and nailed the highest score of the semifinals!  RW blew up on Sunday at the championship event of the 2007 Monster Energy-Sun Diego Pro Surf series presented by Ezekiel! Placing 2nd in the Expression session and =3rd in the Pro netting himself $900. Other notable finishes- Kyle Knox =3rd pro $600, Nick Kovack and Sean Marceron =5th pro $400, Scott Hammonds = 9th pro. 0 comments    SUN DIEGO TEAM TOOK 1ST in the 10th annual PB Summer Surf off presented by Quiksilver and South Coast! Results: Pro Team individual- 1st Austin Ware, 2nd Nick Kovack, 3rd David Diaz, 4th Kyle Knox, 5th Jason Ratboy Collins, 6th Scotty Hammonds. Team- 1st Sun Diego, 2nd Quiksilver, 3rd Freestyle, 4th Vans, 5th Smith, 6th Reef.  Marathon comp weekend: Check out team Sun Diego - Whitlock, Hammonds and Knox at the Pb Summer surf off tomorrow at PB drive; and the Pro Surf Tour Championship on Sunday- Results to follow. 0 comments  The Annual Quiksilver Shop Challenge(Southwest division) went down today in Newport and Sun Diego Placed 2nd out of 15 shops just missing qualification to the National Shop Championship. Carlsbad brought some serious talent with their roster, but were defeated by the depth and consistency of SDA.
